Green Transformational Leadership terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Mediasi Green Motivation
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Salah satu bentuk kepemimpinan yang selaras dengan prinsip keberlanjutan adalah green transformational leadership (GTL). Gaya kepemimpinan ini berfokus pada upaya mengubah budaya organisasi ke arah yang lebih peduli lingkungan, dengan mengajak seluruh elemen organisasi untuk terlibat dalam pencapaian visi keberlanjutan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana green transformational leadership dapat memengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Maka total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Motode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Masing-masing hipotesis akan dianalisis menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa green transformational leadership (GTL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green motivation. Sementara itu, Green Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, hubungan tidak langsung green transformational leadership (GTL) melalui green motivation. berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan hijau mampu mendorong pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui mekanisme psikologis berupa motivasi hijau. Green motivation sendiri terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga menjadi faktor penting yang menjembatani pengaruh kepemimpinan hijau terhadap hasil kerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT
One form of leadership that is in line with the principles of sustainability is green transformational leadership (GTL). This leadership style focuses on efforts to change the organizational culture in a more environmentally conscious direction, by inviting all elements of the organization to be involved in achieving the vision of sustainability. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to understand how Green Transformational Leadership can affect employee motivation and performance. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population of this study is the population in this study is permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. The sampling technique is saturated samples. So the total sample in this study is 115 people. Data analysis used Motode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to test the hypothesis proposed in this study. Each hypothesis will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Based on the results of the research that has been presented, it can be concluded that green transformational leadership (GTL) has a positive and significant effect on green motivation. Meanwhile, Green Transformational Leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, the indirect relationship of green transformational leadership (GTL) is through green motivation. positive and significant effect on employee performance These findings confirm that the green leadership style is able to encourage employees to improve performance through psychological mechanisms in the form of green motivation. Green motivation itself has been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance, so it is an important factor that bridges the influence of green leadership on employee work results.
