Analisis Hubungan Antara Program Kesejahteraan dan Produktivitas Kerja: Studi Kasus Pada Sektor Pelayanan Publik Pemerintah Daerah

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara program kesejahteraan dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai di sektor pelayanan publik pemerintah daerah, khususnya di lingkungan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kesejahteraan, baik dalam bentuk tunjangan finansial maupun non-finansial, memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Selain itu, faktor work-life balance dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung juga terbukti berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan loyalitas dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya program kesejahteraan yang lebih holistik dan terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja di sector publik.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to evaluate adaptive management strategies in addressing This study aims to analyze the relationship between welfare programs and employee work productivity in the local government public service sector, especially in the South Sulawesi Provincial DPRD Office. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that welfare programs, both in the form of financial and non-financial benefits, have a significant influence on employee work productivity. In addition, work-life balance factors and a supportive work environment are also proven to contribute to increased employee loyalty and performance. This study recommends the need for a more holistic and integrated welfare program to improve performance in the public service sector.
