Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of motivation, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and their effect on employee performance in the Public Works and Regional Planning Office of Nganjuk Regency. Purposive sampling was used in this sampling method. Analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM (Structural Equating Modeling) and data collection using a paper form. The results of this study indicate that motivation has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient (β) of 0.166 and p-values of 0.125, while motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a performance coefficient value (β) of 0.280 and p -values 0.004, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a coefficient (β) 0.461 and p-value 0.001, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient (β) 0.363 and p-value 0.003, organizational culture has an effect positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient (β) of 0.264 and p-values 0.018, organizational culture has no positive and not significant effect on employee performance coefficient value (β) -0.027 and a p-value of 0.741, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient (β) of 0.288 and a p-value. n of 0.008.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Nganjuk. Pendekatan pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) pada Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk hardcopy. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien (β) 0.166 dan p-values sebesar 0.125, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien (β) 0.280 dan p-values sebesar 0.004, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien (β) 0.461 dan p-values sebesar 0.001, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien (β) 0.363 dan p-values sebesar 0.003, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien (β) 0.264 dan p-values sebesar 0.018, Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien (β) -0.027 dan p-values sebesar 0.741, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai koefisien (β) 0.288 dan p-values sebesar 0.008.
