Abstract
PT. Kiputih Enjinering Inovasi adalah IKM yang memproduksi komponen otomotif dan alat pertanian. IKM ini merupakan salah satu Mitra IKM dalam memproduksi Traktor Gendong yang dihasilkan oleh Universitas Pasundan. Masalah utama dalam produksi Gear Housing komponen Traktor Gendong adalah: hasil yang tidak seragam, tampilan hasil masih kasar, waktu produksi lama dan biaya produksi relatif tinggi. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dengan review design Gear Housing diikuti dengan merancang cetakan logam bersama Mitra. Simulasi dilakukan tim dan didiskusikan bersama mitra untuk mendapatkan masukan praktis. Hasil cetakan di uji coba dengan memproduksi beberapa gear housing. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kualitas produk hasil dan desain alat bantu produksi.

Abstract. PT. Kiputih Engineering Innovation is an IKM that produces automotive components and agricultural equipment. This IKM is one of IKM's partners in producing Portable Tractors produced by Pasundan University. The main problems in the production of Gear Housing of Portable Tractor components are: non-uniform results, the display of results is still rough, the production time is long and the production cost is relatively high. The activity stage begins with a review of the Gear Housing design followed by designing a metal mold with IKM. The simulation was carried out by the team and discussed with partners to get practical input. The mold results in trials by producing several gear housings.
