Jurnal Manajemen STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo (JURMAN) (p-ISSN: 2339-1510; e-ISSN: 2684-7841) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the Lembaga Penerbitan dan Publikasi Ilmiah (LPPI), Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo, Indonesia. The journal is published biannually, in June and December, and serves as an academic platform for disseminating original research and scholarly contributions in management and business studies.
Following the institutional transformation from STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo to Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo, the journal is currently managed by the Lembaga Penerbitan dan Publikasi Ilmiah (LPPI), Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. This institutional transition reflects the continuity of the journal's commitment to maintaining scholarly publishing standards and contributing to the advancement of management research.
JURMAN aims to advance management knowledge by publishing high-quality research that offers theoretical insights, empirical evidence, and practical implications for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers. The journal encourages scholarly discussions addressing contemporary management challenges and contributing to the development of management theory and practice.
The journal welcomes original research articles covering a broad range of management disciplines, including entrepreneurship, financial management, business and marketing strategy, business risk management, decision-making, operations management, performance management, and human resource management.
All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and a double-blind peer-review process to ensure their relevance, originality, methodological rigor, and academic contribution.
