ANALISIS PENENTUAN SEKTOR UNGGULAN PEREKONOMIAN DAERAH KABUPATEN PINRANG: PENDEKATAN LQ DAN SHIFT SHARE

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini menganalisis apakah yang menjadi sektor unggulan perekonomian di kabupaten pinrang tahun 2017-2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan perekonomian daerah kabupaten pinrang penelitian ini menggunkan data sekunder berupa produk domestic regional bruto (PDRB) kabupaten pinrang dan Provinsi Sulawesi selatan tahun 2018-2022. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share (SS). Hasil analisis LQ menunjukkan sektor yang menjadi sektor Unggulan di kabupaten pinrang adalah yaitu Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas, Perdagangan Besar dan eceran Reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor. Sedangkan Sektor Terbelakang di kabupaten pinrang adalah Pertambangan dan Penggalian, Transportasi dan pergudangan, Jasa keuangan dan asuransi, Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib, Jasa Lainnya. Hasil perhitungan Shift Share nilai Differential Shift semua sektor benilai positif, artinya sektor-sektor ekonomi di kabupaten pinrang memiliki daya saing terhadap sektor - sektor yang sama di provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Dan hasil perhitungan Nilai Dij secara sektoral atau totalnya bernilai positif artinya perekonomian regional kabupaten pinrang tetap mengalami pertambahan nilai absolute atau mengalami kenaikan kinerja perekonomian daerah.

ABSTRACT

This research analyzes what the leading sectors of the economy in Pinrang Regency were in 2017-2018. This research aims to determine the leading sectors of the regional economy of Pinrang Regency. This research uses secondary data in the form of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of Pinrang Regency an d South Sulawesi Province in 2018-2022. The approach used is Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share (SS). The results of the LQ analysis show that the leading sectors in Pinrang district are electricity and gas procurement, wholesale and retail trade, car and motorbike repairs. Meanwhile, the Underdeveloped Sectors in Pinrang Regency are Mining and Quarrying, Transportation and Warehousing, Financial Services and Insurance, Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security, Other Services. The results of the Shift Share calculation of the Differential Shift values for all sectors are positive, meaning that the economic sectors in Pinrang district have competitiveness against the same sectors in South Sulawesi province. And the results of calculating the Dij Value sectorally or in total are positive, meaning that the regional economy of Pinrang Regency continues to experience an increase in absolute value or experiences an increase in regional economic performance.
